About the Role
Setup, configure, and manage Azure resources, including VMs, Azure Active Directory, app services, and storage accounts.
Work closely with clients to assess their needs, guide them through their cloud journey, and recommend Azure-based solutions that optimize their business operations.
Proactively monitor client environments using Azure Monitor and other tools to ensure high availability and performance, while anticipating and mitigating potential issues.
Implement and maintain security best practices in Azure environments. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements.
Utilize Azure Automation, Azure Logic Apps, and other tools to automate routine tasks and optimize cloud resource utilization.
Respond to and resolve Azure-related incidents and requests, ensuring minimal business impact and achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
Maintain detailed documentation of client environments, configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Azure offerings, ensuring that clients benefit from the latest features and best practices.
Requirements
We are searching for a skilled Azure Cloud Administrator to join our dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this client-facing role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, directly interacting with clients and implementing, managing, and optimizing their Azure cloud environments. This position demands an individual with a deep understanding of Azure services, a passion for cloud technologies, and a keen ability to communicate technical concepts to a diverse clientele.
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Azure Administrator Associate certification or higher.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and Azure services.
Familiarity with MSP environments and client-facing roles.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear manner.
