About the Role
We are searching for a skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this client-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing hybrid support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of their IT environments.
This position is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow into Azure and cloud-focused roles within a fast-paced MSP setting.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
Serve as the first line of support for client issues via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 issues
Manage users in Azure AD / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 admin portals
Perform remote support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Monitor and resolve alerts from RMM tools (NinjaOne, Huntress, Webroot, MSP360)
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 engineers as needed
Document issues and solutions in our PSA and knowledge base (Hudu / DeskDay)
Assist with onboarding new users, workstations, and cloud resources
Occasional on-site visits for Adds/Changes/Removals, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of IT helpdesk or MSP experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows 10/11
Familiarity with RMM/PSA tools and remote support platforms
Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills
CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience (Network+ or Microsoft certs a plus)
Bonus Points For
Experience with scripting (PowerShell/Bash or Python)
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Defender, or conditional access
Prior MSP or multi-client environment experience
